Sketch your design onto a piece of  lino with a pencil. Once established, cut your design out with lino-cutting tools. Carve out areas you want to remain white. Remember the areas that you do not carve away will receive ink. Carve interesting lines of different thicknesses, make exciting textures and patterns. When using letters one must remember lino prints back to front. Lino prints can be kept and store by mounting the lino onto blocks of wood. Ages from 12 years up.
